This is an example of the constructivism learning theory. This lesson fits the constructivism theory because the students are learning by experiencing the activity. This would be fairly easy to do in the classroom as not a lot of resources are needed and it is something the students would be interested in. The benefits of this lesson is that the students are learning about color and color combinations in an interesting and fun way.
